We’re a small, family-owned painting and drywall company — and right now, it’s just our owner, Ian, doing the work! We believe in craftsmanship, clear communication, and treating our clients’ homes with care.

We’re looking for a skilled, reliable painter who can assist on projects and also work independently when needed. The ideal person is comfortable handling all aspects of prep and painting, communicates well, and has a strong eye for detail. Whether you’ve been painting for years or are newer to the trade but ready to learn fast — this is a great opportunity to grow with a company that values quality over shortcuts.

          📍 Local, project-based work serving Sarasota & Manatee counties
         📅 25–30 hrs/week (with potential for more!)
         💰 Compensation $17 – $22/hour

*You’ll be responsible for your own taxes

Must have reliable transportation and the ability to work unsupervised when needed

• Perform interior and exterior painting, including cutting-in, rolling, and finishing work
• Handle drywall repair and wall retexturing
• Complete prep work — taping, patching, sanding, caulking, and priming
• Work independently on smaller projects or touch-up work
• Maintain a clean, organized job site and care for tools and materials
• Communicate clearly and professionally with clients and team members

• A reliable, respectful team player who takes pride in their work
• Ability to paint independently with clean lines and even coverage
• Experience in residential painting or construction preferred (but we’ll train the right person)
• Comfortable with physical work and ladders
• Positive attitude, good communication skills, and a strong work ethic
